NimbusImage adds an agentic API drivable via Claude Code for bioimage analysis
arjunrajlab · x · 2026-10-16
NimbusImage now exposes an API for agentic control, letting coding agents like Claude Code or Codex drive the bioimage analysis platform with natural language. Example commands: "look for mis-segmented debris and remove it based on a filter," "get me this image in publication format," or "color each cell by number of RNA spots." A nice example of coding agents operating scientific software directly.
