RFdiffusion3 is officially published in Science, with capabilities beyond both its preprint and contemporary biomolecular design models. The RFdiffusion line from the Baker lab pioneered diffusion-based protein design, and the new version broadens the types of molecules that can be designed.
Sharer Chaitanya Joshi also announced he has joined Flex Therapeutics to build next-gen biomolecular design models for oral therapeutics — a sign of AI protein design rapidly moving into pharma.
