Early local test of distilled FLUX.3 Klein: mediocre t2i, editing hopes remain
Ant_6431 · reddit · 2026-10-16
A Redditor ran an early local test of the freshly released FLUX.3 Image Klein distilled model, using int8 quantization (convrot) with a Qwen3-VL-4B text encoder and the flux2 VAE. The SpongeBob-style output looks reasonably solid. The author isn't sold on its text-to-image quality but holds slight hope for its editing capabilities — if enough community LoRAs show up.
