Meta launches Muse Spark Open: 816B-parameter open-weight multimodal model for M5 Ultra

Meta released Muse Spark Open, an 816B-parameter open-weight model handling text, images, video, and audio with up to 1M-token context. It benchmarks roughly on par with the strongest Chinese open-weight models (Qwen, GLM, Kimi) and is optimized to run locally on Apple's M5 Ultra.
