Forecast: Meta's Muse Spark Open May Become the Best Non-Chinese Open-Weight LLM on Agentic Benchmarks

Based on Meta's benchmarks card and Artificial Analysis data, an estimate puts the unreleased Muse Spark Open at 36 (90% predictive interval 29-43) on three agentic benchmarks (Terminal-Bench 4.0, AutomationBench-AA, AA-Briefcase v1.1). That would make it the best non-Chinese open-weight LLM, well above the current best US open model Nemotron 3.5 Super VL (13.9), though still trailing China's frontier GLM-5.3 (51.8) and GLM-5.3-Flash (46.5). The author hopes the model will be easy to finetune and receptive to RL training. Note this is a forecast, not measured scores.
