Model renders a planet in Python, then spots and fixes its own occlusion and brightness bugs in 19 minutes

A Reddit user ran a single-prompt experiment: M3.1 Flash Preview (max effort) rendered a planet film frame by frame with Python, Pillow and numpy, then inspected its own frames and fixed bugs — all in 19 minutes.
- 17 image checks and 3 full renders total
- Round 1 code ran and checks passed, but the model spotted in a full-size frame that the occlusion math missed a multiply by camera distance, so nothing was ever hidden (the moon appeared in front of the planet)
- It also caught the planet rendering 255x too dark
A neat demonstration that visual self-inspection catches real errors that passing code checks miss.
