Meta quietly open-sources Muse Spark, an 816B-parameter MoE model with 42B active params

Meta has released a new open-weights model family, Muse Spark Open, on Hugging Face with an official collection.
- The flagship Muse-Spark-Open has 816B total parameters with 42B active (MoE), as an Image-Text-to-Text model
- Weights are available in both BF16 and NVFP4 formats (the NVFP4 build is 484B on disk)
- The collection also includes a smaller model called Muse Glimmer
