Dev turns GitHub Copilot beginner course into pirate island game Copilot Isles
DanWahlin · x · 2026-10-15
Dan Wahlin shared Copilot Isles, a pirate-themed side project that gamifies the new GitHub Copilot app for Beginners course—each island teaches a chapter through puzzles, quizzes, and sea battles.
Three islands are done so far: Anchorage Cay, Port Meridian, and Thousand-Bough Isle. The project will be open-sourced on GitHub soon, an interesting take on game-based AI learning.
