NVIDIA has released the Nemotron-3.5-Super-VL-120B-A12B family on Hugging Face, covering base, NVFP4, and BF16 variants plus a LiLiCorr speculative decoding setup. The sparse 120B (A12B active) vision-language model is fully open for download.
