Xcode 27.2b3 quietly ships xcrun xcodeproj CLI, seemingly built for AI agents

Xcode 27.2 beta 3 includes a new undocumented CLI, xcrun xcodeproj, letting you manage targets, build phases, groups, build settings, xcconfigs and SPM packages entirely from the terminal, supporting both pbxproj and the new JSON xcproj format. A demo shows creating a project, adding targets, setting SWIFTVERSION, adding packages and script phases via commands. Apple has published zero docs so far, and developers read it as an interface built for AI agents to manipulate Xcode projects programmatically.
