Reading AI output anyway? Swap 1 in 8 words to French and learn a language for free

A neat trick: someone who reads mostly AI-generated text in their native language now has about 1 in 8 words swapped to French, amortizing vocabulary learning into reading they were doing anyway. The rebuilder notes you can 'progressively overload' yourself toward ever-higher proportions of the target language.
