AnthropicAI · x · 2026-10-15
Anthropic is accepting applications for two new fellowships: STEM Fellows (science and engineering) and Conceptual Reasoning Fellows (philosophy, cognitive science, economics, policy, and law). Starting January 2027, fellows spend four months at Anthropic working alongside research teams to evaluate, improve, and apply Claude's reasoning in their fields.
The program offers a scoped project matched to the fellow's background, mentorship from Anthropic researchers, and access to frontier Claude models and internal evaluation tooling. Compensation is $100,000–$167,000 for the four months (equivalent to $300,000–$500,000 annualized). Application deadline is October 28.
