After a DeepSeek API outage (Oct 15, 8:11–13:04), the company auto-refunded every user's full consumption from the prior 7 days as credits. Blogger Alchain praised the no-strings payout — his ¥195.40 credit revealed he'd spent ¥195 on DeepSeek API in a week despite heavy Claude Code and unlimited Codex use.
