- The season was slated to premiere November 22 on TV4; a team of hundreds must now re-edit from scratch, pushing the premiere to next year.
- TV4 program director Mia Lindqvist confirmed the delay was due to a "technical failure" but denied it was caused by an "AI agent acting on its own," saying the production company's routine use of AI is a separate matter.
- Gary Marcus commented that this kind of "out of control" incident is essentially part of a bigger problem: handing power to systems that follow instructions poorly and lack common sense.
