Alibaba's TaoLive AIGC team released TaoMate-H3-FL2VA on Hugging Face, claimed as the first real-time streaming first/last-frame-to-audio-video model. Built on MiniMax H3 with a 3-step LoRA, it generates synchronized speech, sound and video in low-latency chunks, keeps identity and voice consistent across long-form generations, supports 480p–1080p, and runs single-node on 4–8 GPUs. Streaming FL2AV and Ref2AV variants are coming.
