Rocketwerkz and Ahwoo open-source BRUTAL Framework, the tech behind RimWorld's engine

Rocketwerkz and Ahwoo have released the BRUTAL Framework — the framework Ludeon used to build its engine, and the basis of Rocketwerkz's Kitten Space Agency — as open source and free to use. The authors say the games industry is "rotting from the core out" and they plan to change that by opening up core engine technology to smaller teams.
