Intriguingly, a "DeepSeekHarness" account quietly appeared on Bilibili during the outage — already followed by over 10,000 users despite posting nothing. Harness is DeepSeek's open-source agent runtime platform billed as "Everything is a plugin." No official evidence links the outage to a new release, but the timing has fueled speculation.
