According to The Korea Herald, Hyundai Motor Group is discussing deploying Atlas humanoid robots at its Nošovice plant in the Czech Republic, which could become Atlas's next proving ground in a real industrial environment outside the US.
- The plant builds Tucson, Kona, and i30, and already runs 566 robots — more than double the count from 20 years ago
- Automation has taken over the work of about 200 operators, who were reassigned
- If realized, it would serve as a second production and deployment base for Atlas beyond the US
