Use one AI to tear apart another AI's business plan: a two-model audit workflow

AI is the most dangerous yes-man in your company: hand it a flawed idea and it'll write a 10-page plan proving you right. The author's fix — force a second AI to tear the plan apart before spending a dollar:
- Work through strategy with Claude (prefers Opus 5.5 for patience and analysis; GPT models rush to execution), feeding it numbers, client messages, and past failures
- Paste the entire chat cold into Codex or ChatGPT
- Use this exact prompt: "Do not build anything yet. Where is the logic weak? Audit my assumptions too, not just the AI's plan."
- Paste the teardown back into Claude and make it answer every objection
Why it works: the first model spent 20 messages pleasing you; the second has zero conversational bias. A cold audit costs two minutes; defending a bad plan with your bank account costs months.
