Kling video models land on Runway Dev: 4K multi-shot generation via single API

Runway announced that Kling video models are now available on Runway Dev. Developers can access three tiers through a single API: Kling 3.0 for multi-shot video up to 4K, Kling O3 for keeping characters and products consistent across shots, and Kling 2.5 Turbo Pro for fast image-to-video. The move brings third-party models into Runway's developer platform for embedding in apps and products.
