daniel_mac8 · x · 2026-10-15
Claude Code on desktop got a major upgrade. @danielmac8 lists 7 new features:
- Saved environments (folders + SSH/cloud as one setup)
- A worktree per folder so parallel sessions don't collide
- Nested sessions — parallel tasks report back to the main thread
- /btw (Cmd+;) side questions in their own tab
- One-click follow-ups run as their own sessions
- Sidebar status for all sessions
- Recap cards + live to-do list
His favorite: /btw.
