TextFold is an Apache 2.0 open-source tool that turns any text — from agentic output to papers, PDFs, web pages, Office docs and code — into 5 zoomable semantic layers, from a one-screen section map down to verbatim text. You pinch or press keys 1-5 to zoom between layers without losing your reading position. A web demo and GitHub source are available.
