GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.98 adds Gemini 4 Argon support and session-resume fixes

GitHub Copilot CLI shipped v1.0.98 with support for the Gemini 4 Argon model, plus reliability fixes: command hooks now complete reliably when child-exit signals are lost under Node, MCP status and /mcp stay synced across split-view session switches, and session resume properly handles abandoned pending-permission work. It also preserves characters typed during startup and adds /ask shortcuts (Ctrl+E to expand, Ctrl+Y to copy, reopen last completed answer via /ask or /btw).
