Prompting empty-room storytelling in Midjourney: two cups, one pulled-out chair
tisch_eins · x · 2026-10-15
- A Midjourney prompting breakdown for shooting an "empty room that feels lived-in":
- Two cups on the kitchen table — one nearly finished, one untouched; a chair pulled slightly out, a cardigan draped over its back
- No people in frame; distance and traces imply a conversation just ended; avoid explanatory props like handwritten notes
- If it looks like a furniture ad, loosen the arrangement and drop the camera to table height for an "entered a few minutes after someone left" feel
- Includes the sample render: two ceramic coffee cups on a sunlit wooden table.
