Meta unveiled an effort to accelerate health data science research with its Muse models. Built on Muse Spark 1.3 and Muse Wonder, the human-led research scaffold accesses 5M de-identified electronic health records plus public data. A panel of medical experts used it to conduct original research — hypothesis generation, code execution, and manuscript drafting — while keeping full authority over scientific decisions. The result: 10 manuscripts spanning cardiology, oncology, infectious disease, and emergency medicine.
