Developer davidfromkansas ported SimCity 2000 and built a gaming harness giving Claude and OpenAI models tools for memory, planning, and reflection so they can learn to grow successful cities. Claude has built a city of 28,000 residents so far, with several live city simulations streaming from the cloud.
