Swamp Club raises $7M seed for behavior-centric AI agent platform
dauber · x · 2026-10-15
Swamp Club announced a $7M seed round led by Amplify Partners (with Encoded Ventures, Jesse Robbins, and Scott Tolinski) and the GA launch of Swamp, a platform built on behavior-centric design: instead of letting an LLM decide control flow, frontier intelligence translates developer intent into reusable deterministic behaviors that run identically every time.
The company claims agents can be built in hours, use under 1/10 the tokens of LLM-centric frameworks, and run up to 6X faster. It cites Gartner's forecast that 40%+ of agentic AI projects will be canceled by 2027 and McKinsey's finding that only 37% of enterprises show positive EBIT from AI to argue the problem is architectural.
