Claude Platform adds OpenTelemetry tracing for Messages API and Managed Agents sessions

Anthropic added OpenTelemetry destinations in the Claude Console, letting teams export spans for Messages API requests and Managed Agents sessions without code changes. Spans follow OTel genai conventions with duration, status, token counts, model and tool names; a "full content" mode also exports prompts, responses and tool inputs/outputs.
