Alibaba's Qianwen Office launches e-commerce agent, merchants open stores in 7 days for ~$100
智东西 · wechat · 2026-10-14
Alibaba's Qianwen Office launched an e-commerce-specific agent connecting DingTalk, Feishu, WeCom, Salesforce, and major e-commerce tools. Case studies: a 3D-printed shoe store went from idea to launch in 7 days for a few hundred dollars in tokens (vs 30 days and tens of thousands before), and a 17-person coffee company automated invoicing and accounting, keeping inventory at RMB 300k while near RMB 10M in annual sales. About 20% of its paying users are in e-commerce, seen as a replicable template for other industries.
