HeyGen users blind-picked its voice over ElevenLabs 62.2% of the time
HeyGen · x · 2026-10-15
HeyGen followed up with a real-usage test: thousands of users recorded their voice, heard three unlabeled versions (HeyGen, ElevenLabs v4, Cartesia Sonic 3.6), and picked one as their own. HeyGen won 62.2% vs ElevenLabs, 54.1% vs Cartesia, and 41.7% in the three-way comparison — a preference test closer to real usage than the earlier ambient-fit evaluation.
