Hermes Phone Harness plugin gives the agent real iPhone and Android control

A new Phone Harness plugin lets the Hermes agent actually operate iPhones and Android phones: reading the screen, opening apps, tapping/swiping/typing, and completing multi-step tasks inside mobile apps.
The key twist: no per-app API integration needed — it interacts with the same UI a human uses. It supports iPhone via Mac mirroring, Android via ADB, and cloud phones. Repo and setup instructions are in the replies.
