HeyGen published results from its own blind tests: across 42,875 blind ratings in five languages on "which voice would you want narrating a full lesson," HeyGen won 77.9% vs Cartesia, 68.1% vs Inworld, and 61.5% vs ElevenLabs v4 — with the gap widening to 87% vs Cartesia on cross-language speech.
A separate test had 43 people rate videos of their own digital twin for comfort (out of 100): HeyGen Voice scored 76, Cartesia 63, ElevenLabs v4 59, and Seedance 2.5 46. Note this is a vendor-run benchmark, not third-party evaluation.
