Bagel Labs demo shows small WorldDiT model running a robot making coffee autonomously
aryanXmahajan · x · 2026-10-15
Bagel Labs showed a fully autonomous demo of its foundation model controlling a robot to make coffee. The team previously released WorldDiT, a lightweight architecture for robot foundation models that sat on the Pareto frontier of size vs. performance, and has since refined it for longer-horizon tasks. Coffee making requires a long chained sequence where errors compound—especially hard for a small model. The team is seeking deployment partners.
