Dissecting Krea-2 block by block: text-encoder weight edits swap style without hurting quality
ItalianArtProfessor · reddit · 2026-10-15
A Reddit user's interpretability project on Krea-2 nudges individual block weights without training. Key findings: doubling text-encoder layers changes style or character with almost no quality loss (but inconsistent across characters), characters have individual non-anime style fallbacks, and byte-sized weight presets might one day replace LoRAs. Includes an open-source ComfyUI tuner.
