MagicOS launches with a spatial canvas bet: the AI design agent is your collaborator, not a chat log

The Magic Patterns team launched MagicOS, betting against the industry's 'give the agent its own canvas' approach: instead of a linear prompt-generate loop, the agent collaborates on a persistent spatial canvas holding your PRD, inspiration, and design system, preserving the reasoning behind design decisions.
The walkthrough shows a 5-minute workflow: drop in a PRD and screenshots, have MagicOS build a modal, run parallel threads, audit output against the PRD, and publish as a live interactive URL for stakeholders. The launch reportedly exceeded expectations.
