Inside the Minimal Hierarchical Agent Harness: Lead, Workers, Shared Workspace
nouhadziri · x · 2026-10-14
Built on a minimal multi-agent harness (à la mini-SWE-agent), the study uses a hierarchical team: the lead dynamically spawns workers, assigns subtasks, and merges their reports.
Workers see only their own subtask and share one workspace; the lead can also recall a worker that already knows part of the code. A reusable team-organization design.
