A 3-Tier Agent Loop: Grok Routes, Pstack Verifies, Hermes Builds

The author describes a three-tier agent loop built by wiring @poteto's Pstack into his agent setup:
- Grok Bot (outermost coordinator): decides routing, holds broader context (client, business, multi-agent routing);
- Pstack (middle tier): owns the task playbook, applies quality gates, and only accepts results backed by re-runnable proof;
- Hermes Agent (innermost tier): receives scoped work from Pstack and builds it, spawning sub-agents for discrete pieces that stay leaves by default; results and evidence flow back up through Pstack for acceptance.
Not every task goes through all three tiers — lighter or non-engineering work routes directly from Grok Bot to Hermes. The three-tier verification-first workflow only activates when routed through Pstack, which the author says made a big difference on overnight jobs.
