Perplexity Computer decompiles a Windows-only keyboard app with Ghidra and ports it to native Linux Rust

Perplexity CEO Arav Srinivas highlights a user project built with Perplexity Computer: the agent downloaded a Windows-only, undocumented mechanical keyboard binary into its cloud sandbox, decompiled it with headless Ghidra, learned the driver logic from the decompiled code, and rebuilt it as a native Rust app for Linux — complete with music-synced lighting via PipeWire, a 3D view, key remapping, macros, and profiles.
