PM Skills 2.0 Ships 68 Free Claude Skills, Adds Red-Team Command for PRDs
PawelHuryn · x · 2026-10-14
Paweł Huryn released PM Skills 2.0, an MIT-licensed open-source marketplace (27K GitHub stars) that turns PM methodologies from Teresa Torres, Marty Cagan, and Alberto Savoia into skills for Claude Code and Cowork.
- Scale: 68 skills, 42 slash commands, 9 plugins covering product discovery, strategy (vision, business models, pricing), and execution (PRDs, OKRs, roadmaps)
- New /red-team-prd command: paste a roadmap, PRD, or one-line bet and get the riskiest assumptions ranked by impact, likelihood, and cheapest-to-test-this-week — naming the impolite questions before the market does
- AI Shipping Kit: a workflow to document, audit, and ship AI-built apps with human sign-off
- Advice: don't install everything — pick 5-7 skills, give your agent the AGENTS.md URL so it can find more on demand
The core thesis: the difference from a raw model isn't the model, it's the judgment encoded in the skills.
