Factory Hires EMEA BD Lead, Says ARR Grew 8 Figures in Under Two Weeks

AI coding company Factory (FactoryAI) named Andrea Diaserra head of BD & Strategic Partnerships for EMEA. In his joining note, Diaserra laid out an aggressive thesis: software engineering is the first real application of AGI, and enterprise value is captured in the harness — a model-agnostic "software factory" with orchestration and governance, not just a coding agent.
He says he watched ARR grow by eight figures in under two weeks, the biggest lands and upsells of his career, and "nobody seemed surprised." Europe, he argues, is where the pitch lands best and Factory is least known — hence the new role.
