AWS: Bedrock AgentCore supervisor agent generates client decks in under 90 seconds
AWS ML Blog · rss · 2026-10-14
AWS's ML Blog published a full walkthrough for building a presentation-generation agent on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore that completes client decks in under 90 seconds in internal testing — work that normally takes humans hours of reading quarterly reports, compliance docs, and market analyses.
Architecture highlights:
- A supervisor agent deployed on AgentCore runtime, orchestrated with the open-source Strands Agents framework, routes requests between generatepptx and generatesummary tools
- RAG pipeline: documents in S3 → chunked parsing (with special handling for tables/charts/images) → Titan Text Embeddings v2 → OpenSearch Serverless semantic search, grounding outputs to reduce hallucination
- Claude Sonnet 4.6 handles content creation; Stability AI Stable Image Inpaint generates slide visuals
- A .NET 8 minimal-API REST layer and containerized Lambda handle integration and PPTX assembly
- Security: Bedrock Guardrails filter inputs, outputs, and PII; plus VPC isolation, KMS encryption, IAM least privilege, WAF rate limiting, and Cognito auth
A public repository with the code assets is included.
