Simulating user research with 1,884 AI personas: scheduling and email are agent must-haves
thisiskp_ · x · 2026-10-14
The thread's origin: the author used Radiant, Artificial Societies' simulation platform, to test user attitudes toward personal agents with 1,884 AI personas grounded in real behavioral data. Findings: most-wanted tasks are meeting scheduling (73%) and email triage/drafting (63%); autonomy preference splits 43/43 between approval-gated and rule-bounded modes; top fears are hard-to-undo mistakes (60%) and leaking sensitive info (56%). Also a showcase of simulating user research with AI personas before making decisions.
