Open-Source Template Gives Non-Coders a Full AI Startup Team, With an Agent to Cut Your AI Bill

Developer Fadi88 released one-man-startup (MIT, free), an open-source template that runs a startup-like AI team for non-coders: a PM agent dispatches architect, frontend/backend devs, tester, security reviewer, a legal agent writing per-country checklists (clearly marked "not legal advice"), growth and social-drafting agents, plus an optimizer that hunts wasted AI spend.

The setup interview was run end-to-end with a scripted fake founder: it passed in Claude Code, failed in Antigravity with Gemini (cited nonexistent sources, used answers before they were given), and those failures drove fixes. Scores and the report are in the repo; real non-technical user testing is still pending.

The whole thing was built with Claude Code: the author designed the roles and rules himself, while Claude Code wrote most agent prompt files, the interview flow, the checks, and the generator producing CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, GEMINI.md and Cursor rules.
