A creator built a 3-minute immersive show, Liquid Geometry, for a "Museum Night" exhibition using MiniMax H3. Workflow: define concept and art style, create keyframes, then generate video with H3.
With 100 projectors covering the huge venue, roughly 300 clips were needed for different projection surfaces — each 12 seconds, rendered at 1MP in a single pass with 16 steps, then stitched, color graded, and upscaled with Topaz.
Per-clip generation times across GPUs: RTX 3060 (12GB) 1hr; RTX 4080 Super (16GB) 22min; RTX 5090 (32GB) and RTX 6000 Ada (48GB) 13min; RTX Pro 6000 (96GB) just 6min. The first two clips ran locally, the rest on RunPod.
