Developer @0xProbabillity reverse-engineered their IoT devices and vibe-coded the whole apartment into a 3D model living in the macOS menu bar: clicking a lamp in the model turns on the real one, and the same trick controls multiple AC units. Inspired by @icanberk, who reverse-engineered his AC to replace the remote with a status bar app.
