ComfyUI ships NVIDIA VFX nodes: 4x upscaling, 16x frame generation and SDR-to-HDR locally

ComfyUI has released a pack of NVIDIA VFX nodes that run RTX video effects locally on RTX GPUs, chaining into a full pro pipeline:
- RTX Video Super Resolution: up to 4x upscale (or to 8192px target) with 19 modes for compressed footage, high-bitrate sources and streams; also denoise/deblur without changing resolution.
- RTX Video Frame Generation: inserts frames at 2x–16x for frame-rate conversion or slow motion, with automatic shot-change detection; requires GeForce RTX 40 Series or newer.
- RTX Video HDR: SDR to BT.2020 HDR with HLG/PQ output, adjustable 400–2000 nits peak luminance and debanding on by default.
The recommended order is Super Resolution → Frame Generation → HDR; NVIDIA's example pairs LTX 2.5 with Frame Generation and HDR to turn a 1080p 30fps SDR clip into 60fps HDR EXR files. The release also adds half/full-float EXR saving so superwhites and negative values survive color grading. Nodes are Apache 2.0; the underlying nvidia-vfx library uses NVIDIA's own license.
