Claude Code 2.1.299 is out with 190 CLI changes and one system prompt change. Highlights: --disallow-tools for claude plugin eval to block built-in tools and avoid tool bias; the model now accepts security-testing/dual-use prompts and clarifies via AskUserQuestion instead of refusing; idle compaction compacts chats over 200K tokens after 54 minutes idle to avoid full reprocessing on resume.
