Investor Martin Tobias lays out a numbers-based thesis: there are roughly 1.5 billion knowledge workers worldwide, of whom about 35 million are programmers—just 2%. That 2% got AI first and saw their jobs transform completely in two years, while the other 98% haven't had their AI moment yet. He concludes this is the best time to invest in software in his lifetime and says he's investing aggressively, asking readers what jobs they're transforming with AI.
