Developer Yashas Gunderia announced that the waitlist for Melete, an open-source personal cloud agent, is closing soon after receiving far more applications than expected.
Melete is designed for company environments, aiming to deeply understand users and their work and complete tasks they might otherwise miss. The cloud version will offer hosted computers, browsers, VMs, and premium sandboxes so agents can safely do the work.
Applications are free with credits, and the author says there will be no spam emails, with marketing strictly opt-in.
