At the Eterna community seminar (Oct 14, 12:30 PT), researchers will present KnitNet, an RNA inverse-design method combining generative modeling with verifier-guided optimization to accurately design RNA sequences folding into complex structures, including pseudoknots.
The same session also features HJ Lee introducing a 3D prediction puzzle for modeling RNA aptamers docking a ligand.
